Washington, DC Mayor Appoints Caribbean-American National Chris G. Gardiner Chair, United Medical Center

Washington DC Mayor Muriel Bowser has appointed Chris G. Gardiner, CPA, to the Chairmanship of the Board of Directors of the Not-For-Profit Hospital Corporation, commonly known as United Medical Center (UMC). UMC is a District of Columbia Government owned, full service hospital, serving Southeast DC and the surrounding Maryland communities.

Mr. Gardiner is a Co-Founder and former Chair of the Caribbean-American Political Action Committee (C-PAC). He will complete the term of UMC’s former Chair, Bishop Charles Matthew Hudson, Jr., which ends on July 9, 2016.
